Human Smuggling Caught at the US-Mexico Border

Another human smuggling attempt failed at the US–Mexico border when the Customs and Border Protection officers discovered that a woman was laying and trying to fit herself inside a traveling bag at the back of an SUV that was going to cross the border on December 30, 2013.

According to CNN news, the woman named Pornkamol Mongkolsermsak, a 48-year-old Thai citizen, was charged with re-entry after having been deported.

The luggage where the Thai national was found hiding was at the back of Honda SUV driven by a 56-year-old man from Phoenix.

US Immigration

BI Commissioner David was grateful to the US government for the facilities as this will help his agency enforce proper immigration measures and laws. Ambassador Thomas gave his word to toughen the alliance of the Bureau of Immigration and the US government towards the worldwide campaign against international crimes and human trafficking.

Blacklisted foreigners entering the Philippines

People who have violated US immigration laws will have difficulty in applying for a US visa because some could be barred forever from entering the United States.

US Immigration Lawyer

If you are a victim of circumstances and you have been denied entry to the US, you should consult a US immigration lawyer who can professionally handle your case. Doing the process by yourself could endanger your little chance of obtaining a visa or entering the US soil.
