Risk of hiring a non-lawyer

While many US immigration lawyers in the Philippines are in good standing of their respective US Bar, there is a growing concern amongst many US immigration attorneys and relevant authorities that "consulting firms" managed by non-lawyers are attempting to offer US immigration services.
